Yes, I am certain I am. I don’t think I’m using it correctly.

I am literally 100% unsure how to use this at this rate and half the hotkeys by default are assigned to various vanilla Stellaris keys that open up menus as I press them. I also tabbed out to press them as well and whenever I activate them, all I hear is a windows alert sound each time I press it.
