Crapped out after recent update. Dev. fixed low fps now crashes continuously. :) Do Devs. purposely block cheats assuming they can?

Looks like the subsistence update yesterday killed the trainer / crashes and says it's activated but not. Too bad loved it, only way I can enjoy many games is with help. All thumbs on a keyboard :)
