Are you talking about the easy plans crafting bug? I get the same issue, I find that if I turn on the cheat, save, go to title screen, then turn off the cheat and log back in and the item will be there and you can buy it.

The games I play so far doesn't say it has VAC, but I know Age of Mythology doesn't have VAC but it does have anti cheat protection. Is it safe to assume that all multiplayer games have some sort of anti cheat and the single players don't? 90% of my games are single player with no multiplayer...
