Yes. It makes all enemies that fight like you do invulnerable (I call them Human enemies, even though they are all undead). You can kill them by knocking them off cliffs or such things, but not all of them have that available. It also makes friendly phantoms you summon outside boss fights...

I would still like to see this updated so NPC's and Dark Invaders don't also have infinite health. I know it's possible since I found another trainer some time ago (that doesn't work anymore) that managed to just have it affect the player.
