I ran into it also. Just restart from the last check point and not have the inf ammo on when you get in the mech. you will be fine. I played the entire game without inf ammo and never needed it.

I did this with the 2.0.6.1 trainer and it worked. I have played three levels and haven't needed the inf ammo, just the inf health. There is just so much ammo everywhere that I don't need the inf ammo mode. Thank MAF! You are the best.

I wouldn't mention that name here. Just saying. I'm having the same error as everyone else. Trainer Worked fine until after I killed Kane and had to get out of the Mech and would give me an error about clip size. I had to restart the level in order to play again. I just played with only Inf...

You have to download the Doom "Vulkan" Trainer. There is two, I made the same mistake.
