Check the game exe file name, it must be TheForest.exe

Name is TheForest, but i found something - does it matter?:

(oryginalna nazwa pliku = Original file name)

i have non-steam version and i have the 0.2v trainer and it works just as it says on the tin,my friend has the steam version and tryed both the 0.1v-0.2v trainer and both work fine, dont even have to run them as admin,but we do anyway.

Non steam version, works as "theforest.bin" in task manager, so i think thats the problem.

my steam version is only 0.01

It's not the actual v.02 update. Just hotfixes for now

It tells you in the main menu when ites due to hit V.02

Hey Mr. AntiFun,

I'm having the same problem as someone else where it will be deleted when extracting. Occasionally I can get it extracted, only to get a 'Network error' Windows cannot access C:\Users\Moosen\Desktop\The Forest V0.1 Trainer +3 MrAntiFun.EXE

Error Code: 0x80070043
The network name cannot be found.

Weird coz it worked for me last night

EDIT: So I figured it out, I had to add exceptions to all my anti virus programs. So any anti malware/anti virus/CCleaner/Defrag

Hello MrAntiFun, I am sorry for asking for this but is it possible if you could add.. like Inf. logs to the trainer.. I am absolutely happy with the amazing work you do and you are an inspiration to many people but Cutting trees.. and carrying them everywhere, ehh. It takes too long and its very time consuming, so if there is a possible way for you to be able to this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD THIS!! <3

I finally got the trainer to work. i had to uninstall the original version that i had and reinstall the new version with the patch in it, for some reason it was conflicting with the old version. I would try this if you are still have any issues with it is still not working, it should fix the issue.

it is not a good thing to post those kinds of things in the forums for fear of MrAntifun getting his forums shut down! A non-steam version is not a legal way of obtaining the game. I would do your own research into it and find a posts on some the sites that are only a day or two old.

Doesn't work with latest steam version. Updated on steam, ran as admin (tried non admin) and it says the game is on but when I hit the hot keys all I get is a window sound with no actual activation. After a few minutes it will say the game is off. Tried every different way I could from compatibility to admin and it doesn't work.
Might be easier just to adjust the trainer to this new patch instead of telling people it's working and explaining it every few minutes.
