I need Total War Rome 2 Emperor Edition V2.1.0 Trainer +14 Build 15341 and when i download it to use it I can't get the file out of the zip folder. It says i need admin permissions and when i give it permission it fails

I'm using B version with Steam version of game. Crashes when i do anything just with trainer activated. Don't even have to activate anything else
