These 2 functions which I really wanted them to work, seemed not to work. Maybe it's due to a minor update released last week? 1.) Instant cooldown 2.) Weight (both the lock weight or the input of weight failed Hopefully this can be looked into

Yeah. I did. Money worked well and also Stamina. I don't think I pressed them wrong....

The max strength, intellect & speed dont work....neither does Inf. health

Pretty sure I did =) I'm not sure if they have infinite funds. I'm kinda guessing because I kept seeing fully stacked enemy forces on each planet....

Can there be: 1.) Instant training/building? 2.) Unlimited unit cap on Galatic View? Also: Bug? --> It appears the computer would also get Unlimited Funds. I kept meeting extremely powerful armies (was playing in Campaign mode)
