You have to go kill something. It doesn't level you up by just using the cheat. If you go over the xp limit, just kill something or do something that rewards you xp, then you'll level up.

Is there any possible way you could have an option to freeze the passage of time? I hate how quick the timescale is in this game, days pass too quickly for how big the world is. Since R* made it hard to mod, we're not going to be seeing any timescale mods any time soon, but being able to freeze...

Is there any way you can slow down the timescale? My main pet peeve about this game is that the timescale is too fast and the days pass too quickly. It's at like 30 (days pass in 48 real time minutes) when it should be around 6. I know there was a trainer for GTA IV that had this option.
