I open the trainer first then open the game as well. Works perfectly fine for me and has for years.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but regardless of how to survive having a trainer the values you would have to freeze/edit are server side. Therefore no trainer is possible.

Trainer still works for 1.091 but the x64 crashes for me a LOT.

There are 2 cheat tables with a lot of expanded options in the ******** revolution forum that are doing me until MAF gets this all reconciled. They're for the 1.5.0 (d050) version, so if you like rum these are the tables for you.
