For the moment, as far as stat rolls go just do a 4 byte search on cheatengine and they'll turn up and then when you find all the stat values you can change them all to 30 which is the max before starting game. It's an alternate method before an actual trainer comes out.

So on version 6.2.0i, the inf health doesn't work for me and I have tried opening it on admin mode and everything except health works.

For inquisition points to work, you need at least 1 point in it, kinda like skill points, works for me everytime. Kind of minor but it would be nice to get a cheat for always max focus too. Focus is something you get later on in the game. Everything has worked for me so far, except fo exp...

I heard with the exp system, there is no level cap but there is, due to the exp diminishing to 0 when the level difference between you and the enemy is high enough. I hear the possible max is about lvl 27.
