yeah McAfee keeps quarantine this file because of a Artemis trojan...........

You've probably discovered by now that this is a false positive. Because of the sheer number of new viruses that are constantly coming from script kiddies, in order to keep your computer safe until specific anti-virus updates can be made, anti-virus programs have to rely on looking at "behaviors" that may indicate a virus (like code injection, which is common in game trainers).

Worked after restarting res4 a few times. Date used: 23.3.2018

Edit 7.4.2018 , inf ammo does not work for Ada's crossbow in the Seperate Ways DLC.
