How do you get this trainer to work? I joined a game by myself and hear all the activations but I don't get God mode. Can you walk me through the process?

Trainer still works perfectly fine. There hasn't been an update (at least for the NA Region) and the trainer matches the current update out which can be seen on the launcher window on the bottom next to play. This trainer is designed to work with the 64bit launcher but not the 32bit. Most likely the issue is one of two things:
First: You are launching the 32bit version of SC2 which in all honesty, you shouldn't be because it limits performance. To check whether or not this is the case go to Options > Game Settings > Scroll to the Starcraft II Tab and make sure the "Launch 32-bit client" is not checked. Then hit done if you need to save anything.
Second: Launch the trainer after the game has finished loading and you are in the main menu or better yet, inside of the match.
Note that this trainer is designed for offline play only and using it online with other players will notify and trigger Warden which will automatically remove you from the game and potentially lead to a ban on your account. While you can use it in online gameplay when it is just you (ie: 1 vs AI, Single Player Arcade games, Campaign, or if ALL of your teammates leave in a MP game and there is no player controlled factions on the other team.) it is normally not recommended as Warden is still active but it will not trigger and force you back to the main menu.
