Sorry to post on an old thread, But as for cheats, they are built in. GO to the \Steam\steamapps\common\IShallRemain\Debug and run that Ishallremain.exe then push ~ for the console,
There is already a way to cheat a bit, depending on your needs. Alongside the version Steam runs when you run it within Steam there's a debug version as well and that has the console active, meaning there are commands which can get run to cheat in different aspects.

The path to the exe is here "Steam\SteamApps\common\IShallRemain\Debug", can run it and it is the same game but with a few things active.

Pressing the ` key (while in game) brings up the console (looks horrible, yes), but there we have a few commands to make life easier.

- god (invincible)
- res (stamina doesn't deplete so the character can run forever)
- ammo (gives a lot of ammo to all weapons)
- mines (gives max mines)
- grenades (gives max grenades)
- load map_name (loads any of the maps in the game within the context of your current character). The map names are to be found in ("Steam\SteamApps\common\IShallRemain\Scenes"). Clearly, the names are cryptic but they have a logic. No need to use the extension of the scene name file in the load command.

If we want to load the first safe (East Side Safe) we would write 'load uess_3' (Upper East Side Safe, the third scene from that area). For Bellevue for example we have 'load bh_1' (Bellevue Hospital, the first scene in the area)...and so on.
I can detail each name if people need it.

There are many other commands in the console (from equipping weapons to learning doctrines and upgrading skills but those are probably too advanced for now)

Let us know if something like this helps anyone.
for serum use "serum X" where X is the amount of serum you need. For research points use "bp X"..
They work 100% as I tried them (god, res, ammo, bp# and serum #) Might not be A trainer from MrAntifun but it works. Again sorry for posting on an old thread, Hope this is ok

Trainer work perfectly with 1.01 on Steam. First start the game then the trainer Ver 1.0 and use the options.
