[Update request] Railway Empire 1.8

Railway Empire - game version: 1.8.0 ("Railway Empire Germany")
trainer version: 1.15

Inf. Money: OK
Inf. Innovation points: not working
Super Population: not working

Trainer sees game "ON", options give "activated" audio, but no effect in the game (only the Money cheat works)

In game ver 1.9.0 ("Railway Empire France")
the "Inf. Money" and "Inf. Innovation Points" option does not work.
"Super Population" works only above "60% content" level. (It is hard to achieve this level without trainer help)
