Nope, You still get all steam Achievements with it enabled ! Because the creators Projeck Red are all for playing the game any way you want :D

You guys do know you can just doanload the debug Console from Nexusmods.com and then just google witcher 3 debug console commands for like all of the features for this trainer plus all items in the game and of course allow for infinite health, free level ups and allow fast travel. Hope that helps.
