No, only to have the overlay in game. you can still enable the cheats with the hotkeys

First of, thanks a bunch for all the trainers you put out. Need some help tho, i open we mod, click play on HoI4, it opens the game and in the main game interface when i try to activate the cheats, it enables and disables them instantly. can someone help me figure it out? thanks
