I used Mr Antifun trainers since around 3 years, everything always worked great but it doesn't work for The Witcher 3 (never worked for this game and I always ensured that the version of the trainer I tried was the good one - for the version of the game I use)...

This is a suggestion.. but I think that would be very nice if you could make a cheat for infinite ammo but with reloads .. it seem to be a little bit, less overpowered, for those who just want to keep their weapons and ammo but still want some realism and reload .. there's no other trainer as...
