On my main save im stuck on lvl 70 with way to much xp so I can't level. Started a new game for the expansion then im at lvl 32. But I can't use xp at all. The numpad won't work at all in general

None of the numpad works for me. And I can't set weight etc nether. So Im way to heavy on one save file. And if I start a new one it won't allow me to gain any xp or anything like that. Edit: Playing on GOG version
