just open the save game with note pad .....play till one of ur crew lvl up....then search for ... XP = its for exp ...........skill_Points = for skill, u can even change the required lvl for skill like at lvl 2 u can learn all skill...just search Required_Level = 4....then change to 1

btw do you know where stat for crew? i find their skill and skill point...but for stat crew not find it...
