Try move the EXE to C:/ Run it from there? Maybe there's a permissions problem in the current file location.

Check your "Windows Defender". Exclude the directory the trainer is running from. I've ran these trainers fine throughout all versions of Windows 10 with no problem as long as I stopped any anti-virus getting to it. Oh and the translation has no faults :)
