No I don't have the Steam version. From what I've read on these forums that's mostly my problem I believe. I can use most of the borderlands 2 now, except the cool down and shield and recoil.- boundsoul

I can't seem to use any but health, magic and talent points. I think thats a me problem I'm sure, cause with borderlands 2 i could only use a few too- boundsoul
