I am also requesting a trainer for this game. It's tough, but doable. However, God mode and Inf Ammo would really make this game fun!

I too came looking for a trainer for this game. Been watching youtube videos of the game and it looks ripe for hacks!

Was there a game update that caused the trainer to quit working? I can't seem to find out what version of Doom I am running to make sure it matches up with the correct trainer version. Anyone know how to do that? I have the steam version.

I am having the same issue with the F11 infinite car health cheat. I can hear the voice activation, but the car/plane/helicopter all get jacked up just like normal. Seems all the other functions are working flawlessly though. Nice work and thanks for sharing. Anyone come across a fix though?
