    well was playing for some 3 Hours nonstop and it worked as before instant build only on Homeplanet and stations, resourcecheat worked like a charm.

    yeah 2.0.3 was buggy as hell so they rolled it back for the weekend and released some 2.0.4 as a beta

    if i am remembering right a mouseover on the planetary buildings will be fine, the civilian ship instant build howeverrequire you to click the planets building your current ships if i remember the instant building of military ships in the "star bases"? does not work i have to say the while the...
