is it a multiplayer trainer?or just a single player trainer?

i bought this game because you can design and assemble a car,but the fact is the things are super expensive in game and it dosent reward you much in races.its ridiculously unenjoyable.please make a money trainer.

i bought this game to enjoy the fun of assembly different racing cars but this game it gives so little reward each race and has a online shopping mall....can i get a money trainer for this game?thanks
