1.0.0 is most likely the final version aside from hotfixes. Just be patient for a working trainer. You can easily give yourself infinite health and ammo within seconds if you know how to use cheat engine.

I'm sure there's cheat engine tables that still work if you are that desperate to cheat everything. You cant expect him to keep updating every old game.
