When running the game, you can use Cheat Engine to find the location in memory where the value of the resources are stored. The address will be something like: 24002D604D8. You can then add a custom value to this (Like 8000 gold, 250 wood etc.) and use a checkbox to always keep this amount -...

You can still use cheat engine for Gold, Wood etc., but the memory locations change sometimes when it saves, so you have to find them again.
