Maybe I wasn't clear, sorry, there is no need for google or lists it is an in game option witch you access by pressing ctrl + d buttons and it opens a small window with programmer stuff. Here is a screenshot

debug mode opens a small ingame window with a lot of things you can do. go and explore those options and see witch you need :)

guys you can use ctrl+D to bring up debug mode that has heal, max resources, add units, add buildings etc. for a single player of course.
