ok, because i have the same problem, maybe its the version of w10 or something else, i give up on wemod.

One question, are you using default install folder of the game or a custom one/diferent directory/folder?

seems like editing the stats makes you lv up...and also the enemy! and your xp turns in negative value. ps: edit one stat and reduce the value to get the points from that stats...this way no negative xp value ;)

btw, found out that the max mats its not 9999 , the limit was only the 999 or 9999...if you pass it you can get more 999k or more theres also a table in cheatengine forum with nice stuff

Yap, the max mats you can have is 9999 so just lock the value in cheatengine and in game type 9000 and sell each time ( i couldnt find the value for the money so this is an alternative to have alot money)

the mats are 4 bytes search in cheatengine, edit them and sell it to get money!

w10, cpy version of the game, trainer V1.7.141.6.988937 , -eac_launcher on, money and followers working fine (didnt test the rest)

in 1.3.3 they work ( Your resources will not decrease when crafting stuff ) and yes, if activated you cant add from base, just deactivate to do that.

its just me or the inf.health also give me: freeze talent ponts( i can use but dont reduce!) inf. amri, inf.stats ( i dont need to use talents , just browser the talent cards and my stats change!

If i remember (i finished and deteled the game already) you have a folder( "officers" i think) in the game folder, theres files with thename of all the officers/crew you can open it with notepad and edit the all the stats.
