These trainers come up as false positives because of the nature of trainers. Just like installing hack tools for cracks or anything else. All generally safe, though it is good to be wary. I can say that all of MrAntifun's trainers released on THIS site are spotless and you won't catch anything...
Add an exception if you're running into problems with your antivirus. There isn't any virus' or trojans like antivirus' would suggest. It's just a false positive due to the nature of how trainers work.
num 1, 2, and 3 worked for me - I thought num 3 for resources wasn't working but then I realized I needed to enable the resource cheat which was F2, not sure if this'll help or not.
