Seems for me it just refuses to activate. ECA is off, started the trainer first then started the game and a map, yet it just makes the generic windows sound and won't activate. At least for some it works.

Easy way around that, send a small amount to take over a port, then send the rest by just moving them. and my a small amount, i mean 10-20, depending on where you're landing them at.

The game was just updated today, it will take some time for the trainer to update.

Looking at the time a new update was announced to when he announced the trainer updated, id say were looking at a 4-6 month wait due to the game not being as played or updates being requested as much as a lot of other's.
