there's this problem that has been happening when I was trying to use the trainer for watch dogs. This error (nsufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service) and then the file got quarantined. How do i fix this problem?

i tried opening it together with watchdogs but they keep saying insufficient system resources and keeps sending the file to qurantine. may i know what should i do to make the cheats work?
