Totally NOT working on my Steam versions, zombie or regular, chose offline mode,,does not matter. As soon as I start the Trainer (even in Admin mod) the Game closes, and then refuses to close on steam,,just says "running" but not game. If there is a way to make it work on Steam,,I have not...
