Same behavior on my side, dock cheat is not working on my saved game or new game :( I'm using the 1.3.0.0 version of file and 1.03 version of game

Thanks you very much dude ! Can you explain how works the Inf Dock ressources? I've just seen the video, so with ullim dock ressources you can export a lot, and gain money ? The freeze cash still crashes the game :( Anyway thanks again for your work
