About Inf Items, I only use this cheat when upgrade/engrave weapon, armor, ship, draft arrows. And most of the time, I leave this cheat inactive. This could be the safest way to use, especially when you mention that could be a problem for upgrading the spear with Artifact Fragments. :rolleyes...
