    Just tested it and it still works with the latest version (1.07). Go into mission, press F1, place a single unit, press F1 to turn off, enjoy.

    I figured out the problem. You tell people to pause the game, activate cheat, then unpause. This is actually what messes it up. DO NOT PAUSE before activating the cheat and do not pause while the cheat is activated. I do exactly as you say, start a mission, pause it, activate cheat, unpause it...
