If you buy the 8 million or so nukes it lets you buy with Inf. Money being inactive after it's activation, you'll go bankrupt, yes, but you can just repeatedly sell 90% off your stockpile until you have something sane like 600 nukes. Not sure how this would work if you had the No Debt cheat...
