Inf items even when i disable it after getting the desired effect i still cant save . Am i doing something wrong?

ya im using it on steam , tried it both online and offline. i dont know what im doing wrong. il redownload it just incase it didnt download properly . Okey, finally got it to work. seems i didnt notice the f1 active trainer. sorry about that haha xD, cant believe i didnt notice that. >.<

i just tried the new trainer for 1.06. still doesnt seem to work. :confused::(
