Guys and girls, be careful with multiplayer, cheating there MIGHT get you banned.

Power and inquisition points work if you have at least one for each respectfully. Still no luck with weight.

Ok, exp works when you activate the cheat then save and load, you get some more exp. Weight, power and inquisition points don't work.
