Sure I'm late to the party on this one but Monster Hunter World is a server based and multiplayer leaning game meaning it's unlikely (not impossible mind you) that Mr.AntiFun will make a trainer for it.

Cheat engine will find the gog release values for ammo and money at least they are both 4 bytes. *update it will find and freeze blanks as well they are also a 4 byte value
