Inf. Health works, but puts you in 'Critical State' visuals/state, Stamina inflicts permanent fatigued debuff disabling swinging wrenches and sprinting. Loading a prior save without the debuff re-enables stamina, but upon doing anything that uses stamina, character behaves as if stamina ran out...
