I had some trouble with the 1.40 trainer. Starting the game and then the trainer (in admin mode) only mega exp worked. After following Dune Drifter's instructions I can confirm that Infinite Resources worked as well. I didn't try any of the other options.

I think I understand now. You must use one point that you already have saved after activating the cheat? And then you will see the 99 available?

Interesting. The ability/talent one doesn't work for me with steam 1.0.81. I get the cheats enabled voice over but don't actually get the points to distribute. Another vote for single points in abilities/attribute if it is a possibility.
