There's a really easy workaround for this. Activate F4 (inf. potions) and then sell a crafting material to any merchant. The material will be sold and your inventory of that material will change to 99 (or 198 if you had 100+ before selling) of that item. This works for all (including exotic)...

Almost certainly your Anti-Virus Shield or firewall is blocking the download. Temporarily disable these programs while you download & install the trainers, then make sure to add the installed trainers as exceptions/approved programs on your anti-virus programs before running them.
