You can do that very easy without a trainer 'cant do fast lvl up anyways its tied to the server' Just turn un undectible and grab a sniper kill the targets and escape 'delete tapes if recorded' You will get about 10-12 lvls right away then just repeat until maxed for that mission only takes...

Any chance to get unlimited explosives and coins?
