Issue might be we're using Codex version. Either way, Saves for codex are in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Steam\CODEX\241930\remote Savegame http://nub.ro/mordorsave.zip

Where are the savegames located? I'm experiencing this too and I can help out.
