Using this trainer reduces my max health by 1/3 (not using cursed weapons). Which allows higher level enemies to one-shot me, bypassing my "infinite health" cheat.

Do not have this trainer activated when you pick up the first bottle of Lot 192. You will not be able to pick up the second bottle (because you have an infinite amount of Lot 192 from the first bottle you picked up) and thus, not be able to continue the story.
