Activating infinite reload at the same time as infinite ammo fixed it, thanks !!

the infinite ammo doesn't work for the trainer even though it shows you might have 99 bullets and you can fire them, only the initial number of bullets you had will damage the enemy

I did some testing and the game doesn't register the amount of ammo you modify, so for example if the gun had 8 bullets originally and you changed it to 99, it will still only register the first 8
