infinite hull doesnt work

I use this one http://mrantifun.net/index.php?threads/this-war-of-mine-trainer.2519/ version 2.0 all other hacks work good. I also have the far cry 4 trainer and F5 works good on that one so i dont know what the problem is

As i said when i hit the F5 key to activate a cheat it doesnt do anything in-game but refreshes when on desktop both when trainer is active and not active. I tried a program to shut down that effect, but it shut down the key so the cheat didnt work again, i replaced the function with another key...
