Credits can be modified via CE, the current address (as of 3/1/2018) is 221D634B710. The value isn't updated in game until the credits are spent in the shop (but they are immediately available). Resources in inventory can also be modified via CE but I haven't bothered to dig into them just yet...

100% safe in offline mode- none of your offline assets carry over to online. Assuming you don't join an MP game with the trainer still on you'll be fine.

You should be able to get your achievements just fine- all that does is force GTA 5 not to go online during your play session so you don't accidentally head into an MP game.

If you use the trainer online, you're guaranteed to get a ban or at a minimum a reset. The amount of money it puts into the account is over a billion- something which is inconsequential offline but a HUGE red flag online.
