You must wait for the trainer for the version, the older trainers will not work

Try redownloading the latest trainer and first start up game and when you are at least in menu or in random game or campaign , then start up the trainer.Try it if it works.

Same problem but a temporary solution is to press F2 (Disable AntiCheats) function to deactivate cheat before the game ends or you win, then the game won't crash. That worked for me. Or just Quit/Close the trainer before you win the scenario, your 9999 of every resource should last some time so...

Yes it crashes the game on 3.7
